In the event of cancellation there will be a 50% cancellation charge and if within 21 days of arrival the deposit will be ‘non returnable’.

The full amount of the booking will be payable in the event of guest(s) not arriving.

CONFIRMATION: Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of deposit by way of cheque, or on-line booking.

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES:
Arrivals between 1500hrs and 1900hrs: latest check in by prior arrangement is 2200hrs: Departures by 1100hrs:

You may settle your account by cash, or personal ‘guaranteed’ cheque.

SMOKING:
We would request that guests refrain from smoking whilst inside Ivybank Villa. (Thank you)

PARKING:
There is ample secure parking within the grounds.
